To better serve our clients, we have developed a cancellation policy that allows us to respond quickly to your needs. This policy aims to structure and plan for the correct number of instructors required for the day.

If you contact us 72 hours in advance, we will be able to offer your spot to another customer, so you will not be charged a cancellation fee . The cancellation (administrative) fee is $50 per person.
